Web Demo is an interactive product-demo tool built and operated by iiniit (“iiniit”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Web Demo, including the web app, the browser extension, published demos, and any related services (together, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.

You may use the Service in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for your use of the Service and for any activity that happens under your account.

You agree not to:

• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• use the Service to harm others or to violate their rights; or
• misuse the Service, including reselling or reverse-engineering it except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

Signing in to Web Demo uses your iiniit account through single sign-on. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account, and you must promptly tell us if you suspect any unauthorized use.

You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Web Demo lets you capture screenshots and page snapshots of websites to build demos. You may only capture content that you own or are authorized to use, and you must not capture content that infringes intellectual-property rights, violates privacy or confidentiality obligations, or is otherwise unlawful.

You are solely responsible for the content you capture, edit, publish, and share, and for ensuring it complies with applicable law.

You retain all rights to the demos, captures, and other content you create with the Service (“Your Content”). You grant iiniit the limited, worldwide license needed to host, store, process, reproduce, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and the audiences you share demos with.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit Your Content and to grant this license.

The Service, including its software, design, and the iiniit and Web Demo brands, is owned by iiniit and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as intended by these Terms. No rights are transferred to you except as expressly stated here.

Some features require a paid plan. Paid plans are billed in advance and are subject to the plan limits shown on the Pricing page. Billing, cancellations, and refunds are described in our Payment Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users.

On termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms end. Sections that by their nature should survive — including content ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iiniit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to iiniit in the jurisdiction in which it operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer-protection rights you may have under the mandatory law of your place of residence.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
