This Privacy Policy explains how iiniit (“iiniit”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use Web Demo — the web app, the browser extension, and the demos published with it (the “Service”). We collect only what we need to run the Service and never sell your personal information.

We collect information in a few ways:

• Account information. When you sign in through your iiniit account we receive your name and email address.
• Content you create. The demos, captures, screenshots, page snapshots, and settings you add to the Service.
• Product usage. Technical data such as device type, browser, and general location, used to operate and secure the Service.
• Published-demo analytics. For demos you publish, we collect anonymous visitor analytics — a random visitor identifier, page views, step progress, referrer, and coarse device and location signals — so we can power your dashboards.

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• operate your account and process your subscription and billing;
• keep the Service and its users safe and secure; and
• give you analytics about how your published demos perform.

We use personal information only for the purposes described here.

We use a first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. Published demos store a random visitor identifier in the viewer’s browser to measure unique visitors; it contains no personal information. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work if you disable them.

We do not sell your data. We share it only in these limited situations:

• Service providers. With processors who help us run the Service — such as hosting, storage, analytics, and payments — under agreements that limit them to providing services to us.
• Legal reasons. Where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of iiniit, our users, or the public.

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterwards only as required to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. When it is no longer needed we delete or anonymize it.
