Web Demo is a product of iiniit. Paid plans are processed through the iiniit Payment Gateway, which hosts the secure checkout and collects the payment on our behalf. Your card details are entered on the gateway’s hosted checkout and are never stored on iiniit’s servers.

A paid plan is a one-time purchase that activates the plan for 30 days. It does not auto-renew — when the 30 days end, your workspace returns to the Free plan until you purchase again.

You can pay in USD or BDT, selectable at checkout on the Billing & plans page. The amount shown for each currency is the amount you pay.

Each plan includes the demo, capture, seat, and analytics limits listed on the Pricing page. Limits apply for the 30-day access period.

You can cancel within 7 days of a purchase and receive a prorated refund for the unused days of your 30-day period. When you cancel within this window, your access ends immediately and your workspace returns to the Free plan.

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. They are processed by our team and typically land within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

You can cancel anytime from Billing & plans. Within the 7-day window, cancelling is immediate and prorated-refunded (see above). After 7 days, there is no refund, but you can still cancel to end the plan — your access continues until the end of the current 30-day period and then returns to Free. There are never any further automatic charges.

Once the 7-day window has passed, the purchase for the current period is non-refundable. Because plans don’t auto-renew, you’ll never be charged again unless you choose to buy another period.

If a payment fails or is cancelled at checkout, no charge is made and no plan is activated. You can simply try again from the billing page.

We may update this Payment Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and communicate them through the Service. The refund terms that applied at the time of your purchase will govern that purchase.
